The Designer Job list is the to-do-list for all the jobs that require a computer to be used to complete them. We have many colors that help indicate the status of each job. You can see that if we need the assistant designer to work on a job that is indicated by the pink background in the Company Name and Job Name fields. If the background is red it means that no one has updated the status of that job for two days.
The MultiPay feature allows you to receive money from one check and apply it to multiple invoices. We have found that some customers may dispute one invoice and pay others we wanted to know what invoice has been paid and what still needs to be paid. This has more to do with customer management and customer satisfaction than with tracking work orders. It also makes for very happy bookkeepers.
